Nickel element introduction

Nickel-based alloys are alloys with high strength and corrosion resistance at 650~1000℃. According to its main properties, it is subdivided into nickel-based heat resistant alloy, nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, nickel-based wear resistant alloy, nickel-based precision alloy and nickel-based shape memory alloy. According to the matrix, the superalloy is divided into: iron base superalloy, nickel base superalloy and cobalt base superalloy. Nickel-based superalloy is referred to as nickel-based alloy.

Nickel alloy typical material

1.Incoloy alloys, such as Incoloy800, are mainly composed of; 32 ni - cr - 21 Ti, Al; Belongs to heat resistant alloy;

2.Inconel alloys, such as Inconel600, are mainly composed of; Ni - cr 15-73 Ti, Al; Belongs to heat resistant alloy;

3.Hastelloy alloy, namely Hastelloy alloy, such as Hastelloy c-276, is mainly composed of; 56 ni - cr - 16 of 16 mo - 4 w; Belongs to corrosion resistant alloy;

4.Monel alloys, Monel alloys, such as Monel 400, are mainly composed of; 34 cu ni - 65; Belongs to corrosion resistant alloy;
